I stopped by the showroom hoping to get a better feel for the options, but it was just kind of disappointing. The staff seemed busy and I didn’t get much help, and the samples were hard to compare. I left with just more questions than answers.

I mean, I did find what I needed on tileshop.com, so I’m not saying the site is bad or anything. It just felt a little clunky at times. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and a few of the filters didn’t really work the way I thought they would. The photos were actually helpful, to be fair, but clicking around between pages got kind of annoying. Overall, it’s usable, just not as smooth as it could be.

I ordered a few tile samples first, then went ahead and got a bigger box. Looked fine online. Looked different in my bathroom. Lighting, I guess. So yeah, I ended up needing to return part of the order.

The return through tileshop.com was straightforward. No big runaround. Customer service got back to me quickly too, which I appreciated. The only annoying part was the refund. Took longer than I thought it would to actually show up.

Overall, it was fine. Not flawless, but handled. Nobody made it difficult or weird. I’d probably order from them again, just maybe not if I needed the refund money back right away.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered these, but the tiles actually feel really solid and nice. I kept looking for something to complain about, but I can’t really find anything wrong with them.

Checked a few local spots and this was cheaper. The tiles feel sturdy enough, shipping was reasonable, and overall I’m happy with what I got

The customer service team did help me get my order sorted out, which I appreciated. I did notice things seemed to move in little steps with some waiting in between, so it felt a bit slower than expected. Still, they were helpful and got it handled in the end.

I ordered a mix of bathroom tiles from The Tile Shop and, believe it or not, everything actually showed up exactly how I chose it. Right color, right size, and the quantities all matched, which apparently isn’t something you can always take for granted these days. I was expecting at least one box to be wrong since there were a few different ones in the order, but nope, no mix-ups. happy with how it turned out.

We were picking tile for our bathroom, and there were enough good options that I didn’t feel stuck or overwhelmed. Definitely made the whole process smoother.

I was trying to get help with the installation, but it ended up being more frustrating than expected. The website made it sound like one thing, but when I reached out to support, I got a different impression and didn’t really get clear guidance. Support was polite enough, but not very helpful overall.

So... they had the tiles I was looking for, and most of the sizes were actually in stock. Checkout was quick and easy too, which I appreciated. No hassle, just got what I needed.
